Digital Product Passport
Our traceability solutions track the origin of raw materials and the actual flow of materials through the production processes and transformations they undergo within manufacturing and supply chains.
We digital twin at source and tracking the digital identity of the materials journey as it changes state, to provide full visibility across supply chains.
We emissions and associated ESG data, in order to demonstrate responsible sourcing, sustainability, and circularity defined by scopes.
Scope 1
Company’s Manufacturing Process
Scope 2

Battery EU Regulation
VistaNover offers the highest expertise in implementing complete and mature solution in compliance with this regulation. The critical energy transition is driving a shift to Electric Vehicles. We are overcoming the environmental and ethical concerns of these complex products by enabling manufacturers to prove the source of raw material. Our supply chain traceability solutions track emissions across the supply chain.
Regulation Principle :
As of February 2027, EU Battery Regulation will require an electronic record for batteries “Battery Passport” to be put in place.
This will require the capture of key static and dynamic data to be recorded against each battery for its entire product lifecycle, and the recorded data made available to authorities, economic operators and consumers.
The EU Battery Regulation aims to promote sustainability, encourage circularity, ensure safety, and improve transparency, by:
Encouraging circularity by making data available to enable second life usage and to improve recycling in terms of both quality and quantity
Improving transparency and consumer information on the environmental and safety performance of batteries
Promoting sustainability in the production of batteries and reducing the environmental impact throughout their lifecycle
Ensuring safety through the protection of human health as well as the environment
EU Battery Regulation requires a battery’s economic operator to disclose its recycled content by August 2028, introduces a mandatory minimum share of recycled materials for EV, light means of transport, and industrial batteries by 2031, and incorporates the adoption of battery passports to facilitate efficient and effective pathways to second life and recycling.
